PASSPORTS & VISAS
It is the passenger's responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport, and visa (if required). Your passport must normally be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return, but there are exceptions to this rule. British Citizens do not usually require a visa, but Irish Citizens and British Subjects do. Please check with the American Embassy (Tel no: 0898-200290) if you are unsure. At time of print, no vaccinations are required for any holidays featured in this brochure. See DHS leaflet T3 for further information.
.
ACCOMMODATION
You may be asked to provide a refundable security deposit in case of damage at some accommodations. This is usually taken as a credit card input. Self-catering accommodation such as villas, apartments and homes do not usually have maid service, though units are cleaned, linen changed, etc. between lettings. A change of linen is usually available in the accommodation or on request. An interim maid service can often be requested locally for payment of a small fee.
FLIGHTS
We use both scheduled and charter flights, depending on which offers the best value for money or has the most suitable routing for your holiday. Our prices will state which type of carrier, and the routing upon which it is based. As a tailor made tour operator we can usually offer alternative flights for a small supplement. Families travelling can often benefit from the child discounts offered by scheduled airlines and may find the holiday cheaper if they change from a charter service.
Naturally full details your airline, routing and timings will be provided with your Confirmation of Booking. Prices shown include all airport taxes known at the time of going to press.
CAR HIRE
We have chosen Alamo Rent A Car for their large fleet and the quality of their cars. The car grade provided within your inclusive holiday is dependent on the number of adults in your group, as detailed on the car hire price panel. Please remember that you will have suitcases and golf clubs and it may be wise to ask us to upgrade your vehicle to a larger one in some circumstances, as this will be cheaper than upgrading locally. If you have not driven in the US before you will probably be pleasantly surprised at the wide roads, good signposting and polite nature of the drivers, but if you are contemplating a long journey after a late flight arrival, may we suggest an overnight stay a near the airport. Your car will be provided with a full tank of petrol, and it will prove most economical if you return it as full as possible. Please remember to take a valid driving licence for each driver and a credit card with a reasonable available credit balance to avoid leaving a cash deposit.

Driver Requirements
Minimum age: 21 years. Drivers aged 21-24 years will be charged a supplement of $20 per day.
Additional Drivers: will be charged a supplement of $5 per day (except California and Nevada where there is no charge).
Infant seats: are required by law and are charged at $5 per day plus a refundable deposit of $50 in total.
Licence: All drivers must be in possession of a valid driving licence. An international driving permit is not acceptable. All supplements are paid locally and are subject to change.
Deposit
Your major credit card will be debited for any incidental charges at the time of rental. Alternatively a cash deposit of $100 per car per week can be left as security.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
CDW is included in your inclusive holiday price. CDW covers you for any damages to the vehicle, regardless of fault, up to the full value of the car.
Third Party Liability Insurance (EP)
Your rental includes Extended Protection Insurance. This increase the levels of third party liability and under-insured motorist cover to $1,000,000. Without this cover you only have primary third party insurance which conforms with the statutory minimum cover required by each State, usually between $20,000-$50,000 (Florida is $20,000). We have included Extended Protection as primary third party liability insurance may be insufficient to cover damages awarded against you, or that compensation awarded to you, cannot be met due to the other motorist's cover being inadequate.
GOLF
When it is possible to pre-book your golf rounds from the UK full details will be shown on your itinerary or confirmation invoice.
Green fees are subject to change without notice, but will be confirmed shortly after booking. Golf prices shown apply if requested at the time of making your holiday booking. Any subsequent golf bookings or changes will be subject to a booking fee.
Normally a golf handicap certificate will not be required, but if you possess one we would suggest you take it with you. Some golf courses may not allow spiked golf shoes, and insist you wear soft spikes or dimples. Golf professional shops can usually replace spikes or provide shoes for rental.
Please remember golf clubs are normally considered as one of your two free items of luggage that may be taken on the aircraft. Reasonable hand luggage is also allowed. New security measures now mean that all baggage allowances are subject to regular revision.
Cancellations of golf rounds due to heavy rain (Rainouts) will be refunded in most circumstances, but this cannot be guaranteed. Rainouts are subject to the conditions of the local course, resort or booking agent as applicable. If rainouts are refunded in the UK after your return they will be subject to an administration fee of £10 per refund.
